I'm thinking about getting a Fitbit Flex to encourage me to meet my target steps, who recommends?

My wife has a Flex and she loves it. She uses it as a motivational tool to remind her to keep moving throughout the day. The fitbit app seems nice and she likes having different band colors she can swap.

I have a One. I like it better than the ones worn on the wrist because I don't really care for things on my wrists when I'm at work.

I have the fitbit flex and love it. I tried out the One and would forget to put it on. I also tried out their new Charge tracker and it was giving me a burning sensation on my wrist. I was afraid that burning would eventually caused a rash. Fitbit Flex is the best for me.

I've had the Flex since August and I absolutely love it. I chose it over the Zip and the One because I wanted something to visually remind me to get my steps in and also because I felt I would be less likely to lose it. If I were shopping for a new fitness tracker I would possibly consider getting the Charge, which wasn't available last August. I like the instant feedback regarding step count rather than blinking lights, but the cost still seems a little steep.

The Flex has helped me reach my fitness goals of walking at least 10,000 steps a day. I like earning badges and I've come to really enjoy to happy light show it gives you when you've reached your daily goal. I also utilize its alarm feature, but haven't really used it to track my sleep as that isn't an area of concern for me.

I love it! If you have a competitive side, and friends who also have fitbits, you will love it too!
