Hello People,

My name is Memet, Im 20. Weigh about 275lbs and I think Im about 33% body fat which hopefully is going to go down to 8-10%.

I go gym 3 times a week and do insanity 3 times a week. I eat chicken breast and goat meat everyday which I am fed up of. Im scared that if I stop eating them Im not going to be able to hit my micronutrients which I now believe is one of the most important thing when losing weight and gaining muscle!


Any ideas on what I should do? Any recommendations?
