Ok so I walk twice a day everyday totalling to 3 hours and it's quite brisk 8km/h and entering my daily calorie amount to the right amount it states that if everyday were like today I'd lose 20lbs in 6 weeks, anyone know if this could be possible?

I'm not going to say it is 100% impossible but it is highly unlikely and would be unhealthy.

Calorie estimates will vary daily depending on exercise and actual calorie consumption. You will have a better feel for what is realistic after a few months of logging and keeping up with exercise. 20 lbs in 6 weeks is *possible* but not always realistic and sustainable.

Just keep making the better choice in eating and exercise every day, and continue to do it every day for the rest of your life. Good things will happen.
