I successfully lost over 5% of my weight on weight watchers but had to quit a year ago. Since then I have gained that and some back. I struggle with fibromyalgia, which can damper my motivation, and have had a couple injuries this year. I am looking at a possible spine fusion surgery. My restrictions have limited my ability to exercise. I used to walk 4 miles a day and am trying to start walking again but even this increases my back pain. I am having a hard time with sleeping and that is when I have trouble keeping away from food. I sure could use some advise and support trying to stop the weight gain and move back towards a healthier weight.
