Fitness during pregnancy

Hi there!! I just started doing the focus t25 a little over a week ago and then found out I was pregnant how about you? How is it working out for you?

I'm currently 25 weeks. I have gained 10lbs so far. Before pregnancy I had lost about 60lbs through exercise. I cut my workouts from 6x a week to about 4. I still do most of the same things- zumba, body Pump, insanity, etc. But I take it at my own pace. Congrats!!!0
