I'm active since I walk 35mins to work everyday and have started lifting 3lb weights at home while sitting on my couch. I wanted to share where my motivation comes from. I watch my 600lb life on TLC. I find it so inspirational. I think to myself 'if they can do it, so can I'. This has helped me keep up with my weight lifting. I've just started trying to keep my diet in check by using this app. So far so good.
I know I'll need help so I'm hoping the community here can do that for me. Thanks for reading my post.
