Howdy!
My name is Sarah and I am seriously hoping to reach my goal of getting my pre pregnancy weight from 5 years ago.
Back in 2009 I had IVF treatment and was very lucky to fall pregnant with twins. The IVF treatment alone resulted in a 1stone weight gain and I then gained another 2 in pregnancy (not including the babies and everything else). Being pregnant with twins made me super hungry and afterwards I was so busy I never really took up my love of running again until 2013. I also work full time as a midwifery sister both days and nights and sometimes eating habits can be messed up!
I have lost a stone since having my babies (they will be 5 in June) but would dearly love to lose another 1.5 to 2 stone to be my pregnancy weight of 9st 6lbs with a BMI of 21.
I have started running again (about 3.5km and increasing 3 times per week) after some time off after Christmas as well as walking to and from work (adds up to 7km 3-4 times per week) and already lost 4lbs last week.
Hoping to really stick with it this time and not fall off the wagon. If I go quiet it means I'm falling so please poke me!
I wish you all the best in your health goals and journies
