How much weight gain to aim for each week? Female Bulking

I am about to embark on my first bulk. How much weight should I be looking to gain a week? Was thinking maybe a pound but I don't really know.
I know women can't build muscle as fast as men, so don't want to eat to much and put on to much fat, but don't want to take it to slowly either. Anyone have any knowledge on this?
