I just joined last week and I am so happy that I did. I turned 44 in January and since then my old stand by methods for dropping a few holiday pounds are not working and I am very unhappy with the 5 extra pounds I am carrying. I would love whole food high protein snack ideas and would love to hear your thoughts are really dialing back the calories big time. I set my daily calories to be 1111, which is so low for me that I can't really sleep through the night because I am so hungry. I wanted to really reduce calories in an effort to quickly lose this weight, but I am not sure if that is working out for me.
