Why did I sign up for tough muddier again!

Hi guys!!

I'm a persistent consistent yo yoer!

I lost 2 stones a little while ago completed a mudder last August and managed to regain a stone and a half since!

    Just as some perspective: I did a Tough Mudder last year. There was a man with one leg on the course. Pretty much any excuse I had was invalid at that point.

    I've signed up for the Boughton House Mudder in May... using it as a stick to get myself to exercise with and its working so far!! Never done one before but hoping it turns out ok

    i've seen several guys at tough mudders, and triathlons with all kinds of disabilities and handicaps.

    i'm sure if anything, your event will be incentive to lose some weight. i know that i sign up for races to maintain focus and keep me on track. good luck.
