ive had this app for half year now and I can see the changes, I even feel healthier too! I've recommended this app to all my friends who want to lose weight☺️

I am running my first 5k on April 26th. I regularly run in public now and have had incredibly positive feedback. It's surprising how supportive strangers are when they see an "athlete" in training. Go for it.0
