LOL...I still wonder that about my trainer. I have been training for about 21 months on a 2/3 schedule. I have yet to figure out how she manage to put together a session that makes me feel amazing while doing it and sore as can be the 1-2 days later!

I regularly swear at my coach in my head ... then remind myself that he's only given me what I asked for, suck it up and do the work anyways.

I got a text from my trainer this morning that said "I can't wait to see you today...the workout is going to be SUPER!" Its never good when a trainer uses the word "super" to talk about the workout. HAAA

My trainer has confirmed that he is actually trying to "kill me" with a great workout. I have to admit that I am getting in the best shape of my life. He really puts me through the ringer so to speak with cardio and strength training. Sometimes I have to admit to him that I'm not sore after our like 50 minute session of pure hell, and he tells me that "I'm a beast". I take this as a great compliment given he seems to need our workout time as much as I do. It seems that many other trainees are not really ready and willing to put in the work to see changes, and that seems to get him down a bit. I am happy to bust my *kitten* given that my payday comes when we measure my progress and see great changes.
