Snapping hip syndrome

I've been dealing with this for years, and I've seem to have made it worse by my nightly walks.
Just wondering if anyone else has this condition as well, and what they do (exercise-wise) for it. I'm also going to be adding some swimming into my regime, so that should take some pressure off the joints.

Have you seen a doctor about this? I would do that first. Water aerobics or just walking in the pool would help with movement without pain.0

There are several causes of it, and if your doctor isn't sure of the cause, see a physical therapist. They can check you over for muscle imbalances that can cause it.
Also walk in shoes without a raised heel. Most shoes have a raised heel, which alters our nature gait, adding stress to joints. Good walking shoes with a "zero heel" include skateboard shoes, Keds, etc.0
