New to my fitness pal, and 4 months in to weight training!

Just wanted to wish everyone the best in your goals whether it is losing weight or else. Much luck to everyone!

I'm new to my fitness pal, but I've been weight training for 4 months. Started weighing 225 and now I am 192. Want to lose 15 more, wish me luck.

    Good luck! I'm relatively new to weight training too! Absolutely loving it, it's great feeling getting stronger.

    Thanks, yeah weight training has actually helped me drop some pounds. Of course along with a well balanced diet. After dropping 33 pounds I feel great. I'm looking forward to dropping more and put in on some serious muscle mass! Haha...
