I've been tracking and losing weight over the past year and a half and am finally at my goal weight! I was using another web based calorie tracking program and loved it. But since I started tracking on my iPhone, I've found that I prefer the MFP app.
I still track everything I eat and always will. I've lost and gained before and I'm not going to let that happen again! I also love my Fitbit Zip activity tracker. I've linked it to MFP and love the way they sync together.
I'm 57 and and remember when we used to have to write everything down and carry food journals around when trying to lose weight. The current technology has made this process so much easier!
