So you're weight is 41.5 km and you want to loose 12 more kg so you want to be 29.5 kg .. that's simply insane you're fit and skinny why do you want to be thinner?

There is no way that you are fat you are in a good shape I don't know but I'm sure of that .. can you tell me what is your hight?
