Hello all,

I am 24 years old and have been struggling since I was a teenager to loose weight. I have tried a food log before but never stuck with it. I decided that I am done TRYING to loose weight and that I WILL loose the weight and become healthy again. Its been really hard for me to get more than two weeks into my weight lose and then I become quickly discouraged if I mess up. If anyone has any pointers on how to last longer then any help is greatly appreciated. I've never had a support system before and even though my husband is there for me, he still gets to eat everything he wants to and doesn't work out.

    Just log everything! Easy to do, after a few days it becomes as natural as breathing :)
    Focus on that goal first- 2 weeks don't miss a single log in, you'll be surprised at the changes that follow :)
