I am someone who works out, and takes a lot of niacin b1 to lose weight, very unhealthy way of losing weight especially since i can't really ever sleep, I'm constantly up, depressed, and working my arms and taking about 2500mgs of niacin to 3000, it hasnt sent me to the hospital yet though, I kinda enjoy the pain it gives me, though its harsh on me and i get moments of light headedness and dizziness, I try to eat as little as possible and I use an elevation training mask which kills on my lungs cause i prolong my use of it. Dropped 15 pounds this month.
