I don't do a lot posting, but I am lurking every day. 112 day streak logging. Yesterday I went to the doctor for my annual physical and was down 86 pounds. I started November 23rd, 2014. My doctor would like me to get to 185 - 190 so I guess I'll keep working on the next 25 lbs. Just wanted to say thanks.
