Introducing Myself!

I'm new at this fitnesspal thing so here it goes! My name is Kim and I am a yo-yo dieter. I lose, gain, lose, gain. Over the past few years, I have gained 70 lbs. Between school, being diagnosed with MS, and being on different medications, I've gained quite a bit of weight! I'm a frequent weight watcher and have been successful each time, but then I quit and gain it back. I weight 254 and my goal is to get back to 175lb. 169lb is the top of my goal BMI (25) but when I get there, I feel like I'm starving myself. I seem to be able to maintain weight better at 170-175.
I'm now ready to make a LIFE change, not just a diet change.
Any help and encouragement is appreciated

Hi Kim! I think your approach this time is excellent. It really is about making a life change and not just about dieting. Being active as much as you can is key. Good luck!0
