So I officially have 4 weeks left of classes this semester. My problem is the last month is always the most stressful. I usually neglect exercise and overeat when I'm stressed (like most people, haha) but I don't want to do that this time. Do any of you guys have some advice on dealing with stress? Besides eating everything you see!

Find something to do, like take a walk, or a hobby that will keep your hands busy. Keep plenty of fresh cut up celery, carrots on hand for studying. Lots of water. Also ask yourself, do I really want that? That is all I can offer, hope it helps

Ok so I understand the stress thing... Not gonna get into my stuff but I understand stress.
Do u work out regularly? I find if I work out first thing it gets done. I've made huge adjustments to my schedule to do this. I went from working out 3x a week to 6x a week. Even if it's just a walk for 30 mins.
I now crave the feeling I get from my work outs.
I had an extremely stressful past few days and it was my morning workouts that have kept me sane.
I feel a lot better after I workout then after I overeat. So I tend to just workout with no fuss.
Try to change your attitude towards working out.
    I hope that helps.
