Anyone else at goal weight?

Even though I'm finally at my goal weight (for the first time in YEARS), I still track my food and exercise everyday. I've seen weight creep back up in the past and am not going to let it happen again.
Anyone else doing the same? I'd love for you to "friend" me as we continue this journey!

    Give me one more month and I should be at my goal

    Less than 18% body fat. :) I would also like to see the 130's (141 now) hoping to be there in about 5 weeks.

    Yep :smile: I've been maintaining my weight for several months now. I will miss a day tracking here or there but, for the most part, I still log all my food and exercise. Congrats on reaching your goal :happy:
