Stress and weight gain go hand in hand...

hello, I'm Jen...had a few really stressful years and gained 40 lbs! Really would like to get it off. Very difficult to find time to exercise, let alone find the energy! I'd like to get some ideas on how to become a morning person...the only time exercise will happen with me is if I do it early first thing in the morning like at 6am. I have lots of trouble getting up I. The morning, especially if it's still dark outside or cold. I welcome all suggestions. Thanks!!!

Thats a hard one, but I do understand the feeling. I am not a morning person myself, but all I can do is force myself out of bed and into doing my exercising.
That may be what you have to do. Force yourself up and do a little at a time to get things going. Maybe find something you can both sleep and workout in (I know that sometimes pjs and yoga clothes can be the same thing). If you need to eat in the morning before doing exercise, try an apple.0
