new to MFP community. looking for help to find willpower in the afternoons-gotta stop eating so much

Its right at 2 pm the hungries hit. I don't care what I eat. I just eat. Its killing my waistline! And my energy and my self image. I need a new wardrobe! I just feel like if I could just BE GOOD I'd do great and this would be easy. But I'm really struggling!

    My days start out pretty responsibly, but I really start to struggle around late afternoon.

    I don't have this problem if i eat a good amount of protein for breakfast and lunch. If i do,i snack on peanut butter and celery sticks or apples. I never thought that kind of snack would be so filling! ;)

    Thanks for sharing, and from 3pm on are the hardest for me as well. I suspect some I my problems have to do with not eating enough calories in the am.
