I'm a ordinary average guy using MFP to track my eating habits. I am adding some cardio to my standard push-pull weight lifiting routines.
One week on MFP revealed some changes I can make immediately: Reducing daily caloric intake by 600 calories by eliminating nightly ice cream and peanut butter on bananas. Increased caloric burn by walking to the gym (1.2 miles round trip) and adding 30 more minutes cardio.
I love the reports on MFP. Very helpful.
Hang in there y'all. This is our lifestyle. Stick with it....give it a month or two....it works.
