My personal fitness goals:
-Be able to run a 10k without stopping
-Do T25 everyday
-Yoga and running on weekends
-Be brave and motivate others!

    I have several goals lurking in the back of my mind, but one goal is ...

    -- cycle to the top of Mt Wellington. The climb is only about 17.5 km and is an elevation gain of 1255 metres. It's a pretty steady approx. 7% grade all the way up.

    My fitness goal this year is to do a figure show in November, super excited and scared. It's been about 8 years since I've been on stage in a bikini.

    My real goal is to get back to where I was physically before I had surgery a few months ago vis a vis my yoga practice. In practice this means:

    - cardio 5 times a week
    - meditation and yoga (hatha, forrest, power or iyengar) 4 times a week
    - lifting twice a week, progressively heavier weights

    Be able to do 10 unassisted pullups
    To deadlift 1.5x body weight for 5
    To squat 1.5x body weight for 5

    I think it'd be cool as well to be able to swim, or even run but i hate cardio and i'm afraid of drowning so... meh
