Hey all I'm new to the fitness pal app and find it really helpfull so far in the new goals I've set myself. I've been training for almost 2years now and I'm currently 12% body fat at 11st 2lb body weight, I've ate healthy but never tracked my macros. My goal is 6-8% bearing in mind I don't compete or don't plan to compete.
