I love adding a bit of fruit juice to soda water. What healthy drinks do you drink when you want something fancy?

    Virgin Mojito is my go to. Crushed mint leaves and a couple key limes with a tad of splenda a TON of crushed ice and club soda/ soda water/ flavored sparkling water (strawberry or tangerine are awesome). I practically lived off them during my first pregnancy when I was huge all summer long :P

    For many people, alcohol in moderation is healthy. But since the title asked specifically for mocktails, how about a Virgin Mary? Combine dashes of lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce (I like the smoked chipotle variety), horseradish, celery salt, fresh-ground pepper, and a little water instead of vodka; stir together with ice; then add 4 oz. tomato juice or V8 and stir again. Garnish as you wish. You really don't miss the vodka.
