Feel like I'll never get the body I want

Im a skinny-fat, 19, guy, 5'7 who weighs around 152. For the past two months I have been sticking pretty closely to 1500 cals/day and I do 4 cardio sessions a week and three strength sessions in the gym. Note that the four cardio days I do not input my calories burnt into my total 1500 so I'm taking in more around 1200 on those days.

Yet the scale refuses to budge. I still have a bunch of stomach fat, my torso is a nasty rectangular shape that I'm trying so hard to slim down :( and it's just not working!

I'm so depressed!!! In doing everything right but why am I not seeing results?

The number of pounds is not the issue, I don't think (152 is reasonable for a 5'7" 19 year old male). I would advise you to eat at maintenance and concentrate on a decent strength program for a few months and see if you like the results.

    Skinny-fat?

So you need a decent musculature right?

Get into a progressive lifting programme like stronglifts5x5, think about reducing the cardio unless you love it. Eat at or slightly above your maintenance level and give it time

Because it's not about weight loss on the scale but body composition and right now is the perfect time to achieve that

Same height, just way older and heavier. But I have muscle on me. Would probably do you well too, so get on a lifting program like rabbit said.
