You have to exercise

Exercise and fineness is a main part of you getting fit and for a lot of that's you're goal so you've got to exercise and stay at it otherwise you might not get the result you were looking for at the end of your program and everything apart. I know not all of you are trying to get fit if you're trying to stay the way you you still need to exercise but not as much because if you do a lot of exercise you will loose weight. Also if you are trying to gain weight I would Advise you to a tiny bit or none.
