I am very weak. I love the intervals we do in bootcamp but now I am unable to attend due to my schedule. anyone out there who can help me come up with a plan? I seem to do best by being told what to do. I can go to the gym but have no idea what to do. I am 235 pounds. big butt, chest and belly. please help me.

    Challenging cardio intervals for stamina.

    I’ll second New Rules of Lifting for Women or Stronglifts. Good weight program for beginner to intermediate and will guide you to substantial strength gains.
