Do's your stomache shrink the longer you count calaries am finding it hard to eat enough as full with what im eating now compard to what i used to

    No. You're just eating more nutrient-dense foods than before, which can easily fill you up. Just make sure you hit your calorie goal regularly as to not deprive your body of the fuel it needs.

    No your stomach doesn't shrink, but it can return to normal size.
