Who's made the best hummus? & would not mind sharing the recipe :)

    I make Hummus pretty much from this Epicurious recipe except I start with dried chickpeas and make 1/2 of the recipe. It comes a little short of pound, about 15 ounces. Made it yesterday and ashamed to admit I ate it all straight away.
    Is mine the best? I think so but then, I've acquired a taste for my own cooking.
