New father trying to get back into shape

Hey Guys!
My name's Kyle and I recently became a new Dad. Before my Fiancé's pregnancy I was at the gym 7 days a week 2 hours a day at least but that's dropped off a bit and I've gained about 25 lbs. Now that I'm used to life with a baby I'm looking to get back to where I was. I look forward to chatting with all of you! I'm hoping this community is as supportive as I'd heard.
