5 day challenge, who's in?

Good morning all and happy Friday, Who would like to do a little 5 day challenge with me, starting Monday? It is already things I think we are all trying to stop doing anyways. It's usually a 21 day challenge but don't know if I can give up bread for that long..lol. So this will be the challenge No junk food of any kind No fast food of any kind No sugar (pop, syrup juices etc) No bread You still eat your calories allowed At least 30 minutes high impact cardio something that's going to make you sweat. If you dairy is closed please open it for this challenge it will help you be accountable So who's in??.
