New dance workout from Shaun T!

Just got word yesterday that Shaun T is releasing a new workout in July called Cize - dance based workout!

Not typically a dance workout kind of gal, but if anyone can make me start, it's him!

    I saw the release video for it yesterday, it looks good. I'd be interested in giving it a try.

    I just viewed the video and it definitely looks like something I would try, especially since Shaun T is in it. I did not like Hip hop abs and ultimately ended up sending that one back to BB. Hopefully this one will be better.
