Hi
I'm not understanding my daily summary... why is it saying I have 1380 calories remaining when my daily goal is 1230 and I have already eaten today? help?
Thanks

sounds like you logged some exercise
your deficit is created out of the calories you burn in your daily life without any exercise. when you exercise MFP will add the calories you logged as burned to you goal for that day to keep you at the same deficit days you exercise and days you do not0 -
Oh Thankyou0

I'd be careful about treating the exercise calorie estimates as the truth. Usually, people recommend eating 25-75% of the estimated exercise calories, if you eat any of them at all.0
