Newbie to weight loss - hopeful!

hey everyone!

in my twenties I've been gaining weight rather quickly and I'm not sure why. I've been eating better, eating less, and exercising fairly regularly. Maybe it's cause of poor sleep, a rather sedentary job or emotional stress of losing a relationship. Whatever the reason I've been struggling to reach my weight loss target. Any advice you have or support and motivation to keep on the right path is greatly appreciated! Feel free to add me if you can relate or need some support - it's tough! Thanks :)
