I'm terrible at maintaining my weight. I have battled bulimia in my teens and struggled as an adult to keep my weight at a healthy level. After having two children I wanted to get back into my healthier more active lifestyle. I started that by training and running in a marathon relay. I felt great! Then, health issues popped up. I have back problems that lay me up for a week, at least. I get very depressed during these times and tend to eat very poorly, and have to be so careful about what I can do physically. I'm hoping there are others who can relate and we can help each other out during these difficult times!
