I need to lose 50 kg. I give up so easily. Sometimes I opt for quick fixes and otherv times I try slow and stead. Which do you think is better ?

    Which do you think people are going to say? Slow and steady of course! No point doing a quick fix if you're gonna give up and put it back on again.

    Quick fix isnt any good if it doesnt work. You need to pick the way that you cna cope with and sustain all the way to losing all of the 50kg.

    Stop giving up easily. It's down to you to change you. No-one else. If you give up you will never reach your goals. Quick fixes are pointless. Slow, steady and consistent is the way to lose.

    Change your lifestyle and overall habits permanently and stop going for temporary fixes.
