I need to lose 50 kg. I give up so easily. Sometimes I opt for quick fixes and otherv times I try slow and stead. Which do you think is better ?

Quick fix isnt any good if it doesnt work. You need to pick the way that you cna cope with and sustain all the way to losing all of the 50kg.0

Stop giving up easily. It's down to you to change you. No-one else. If you give up you will never reach your goals. Quick fixes are pointless. Slow, steady and consistent is the way to lose.0
