Vitamins and Supplements

Hi, I am a newbie. Learning how to navigate the app. How would you add vitamins and supplements to your daily food diary?

    Some of them are in the database. I add my fish oil and Amino's that I know have some calories. I also add my multi-vitamin.

    I edited my food sections by time so it shows what I eat 4 am - 8 am, 8 am - 12 am, 12 noon - 4 pm, 4 pm - 8 pm, etc and the last section is vitamins and supplements.

    I typically add them to my breakfast being that I take them at the same time. Many are already in the database, you can always add them if they are not already existing.

    you might try scanning the barcode to see if you're poison is in the database... BUT why??? I doubt the calorie content is significant...
