Savory night time snack
I wanted some greek yogurt the other night, but was a little high on my carbs/sugar (diabetic, so it does matter) for the day, so I didn't want a sweet mix in, & I can't eat it plain. I took some, added dried minced onion, garlic powder, & dill, then used a couple of these wheat crisps (Mr. Wheat, they're these airy wheat discs, 16 cal each) to scoop it up. Killed the sweet tooth, & a little protein boost as well.
