Looking to lose 80 lbs

So I started a couple of weeks ago logging regularly and so far I have lost 4lbs in 2 weeks which is about right I believe for a healthy rate. Although in this time, I havent been eating the healthiest - I have had chocolate and a pub tea, I have drastically cut down on excess snacking and have started hitting the gym more. I am starting up a couch to 5k plan next week (easier for me to start on a Monday and use actual weeks - so much easier mentally). I have no idea of a decent plan to use at the gym though - I tend to do more cardio and a bit of free weights with no real routine.

Anyways, feel free to add me and hopefully you can help push me along and I can do the same for you.
