any females doing this? Interested in knowing how you are doing so far. What day your on. How much weight are you using?

    I have a week and a half left of block 2. I use weights ranging from 3 lbs to 25 lbs. If I had the money I would buy more weights up to 35 lbs probably but for the most part what I have is working. I have not gained any weight on the scale but some of my jeans no longer fit and I definitely have more muscle definition and some shirts no longer fit because the arms are too tight. I am excite to start the last block. Hopefully I will shed this fat and my muscle that I have been working so hard on will start to show. But before this I was also doing strong lifts 5x5 so I am pretty sure some of the muscle definition came from that also. But so far I really like the program. And one funny thing, Sagi is seriously the biggest meat head ever, makes me laugh sometimes.

    I should also say that when first starting strong lifts and weight lifting I have gained about 8 pounds on the scale, but have stayed consistent throughout Body Beast.
