Hey Everyone,

Just joined, saying "Hi" as per request :)

I am here to track what I am eating and the funny thing is I ate a lot more than I should have today. The day I started to use this app. Good start so to say.

I am looking maintain my weight while reducing my fat % and visceral rating. Then I will aim to gain 5 kg.

I am always open for good exercise and food suggestions or discussions.
