    just wish I knew how the july thread No 2 works? Is it a tread? a group or what? it takes a while for old folks to catch on

    Finally back with a loss. I ended up having to really cut my calories and strictly watch them. I am at 1200 per day. While that may seem low for a lot of people, it works for me. Any higher and my weight loss stalls. Anyway, I am down 2.7 LBS this week.

    Down 10 lbs since coming back to MFP; 3 weeks ago. I think that helps this time around is the fact that I was mentally ready to commit to a change and was ok with the "slow and easy" process. I hope everyone else is doing well and staying on track. Everyone's updates are so motivating and really help. :smile:
