Hey everyone !!
looking for a bit of advice here, I am on a 8 week metabolic challenge and I've been told by my coach that I need to up my protein during the day by a lot ! considering I barely eat any I can see why ! so far I haven't lost any weight but I am down 7 inches so that is awesome. I am suppose to up my protein in my shakes from one scoop to two scoops which tastes yummy but I am worried about the calorie intake! I talked to my coach and she told me not to worry about the calories right now as I am not on a calorie deficient diet as I'm trying to lose fat and that will bring calorie intake down, but i would still like to try to find a lower calorie protein powder, preferably vanilla flavour or no flavour, not a bit fan of the other flavours haha
Any ideas or product knowledge would be awesome !!! I live in a small town but we have a walmart, superstore, gnc, a few organic stores and some health food stores as well !
Also, feel free to add me as a friend too ! always looking for more motivation
