I know there are 2 sides to every story, but as a professional, she should have kept her calm and not have been so demeaning to someone just doing their job.

Especially when she was berating the employee for her education, teeth and weight. The pretty girl isn't so pretty in this light.

Fake blondes with s**t attitudes are a dime a dozen. She's nothing special.
Special enough to be an ESPN Sportscaster. Whether you think so or not, perception will be that ESPN isn't hiring females for their knowledge and character if they intend on keeping her.
She's already vacated DC (where she was working) to San Diego probably due to publicity issues.
I know people mouth off all the time at tow truck places, but a pro on TV should know much better than to act like that knowing full well she's being recorded. What was she trying to prove?

I don't think the short suspension they've started with is enough. For someone to act the way she did and belittle someone as she did is just beyond a couple of days off of work. As someone who used to supervise employees who had contact with the public, I can tell you I would immediately terminate anyone who worked for me who did such a thing, on video or not.

I don't know who she is and I didn't click the link to see what she said. But from the quote above, I get the gist.

Prior to this incident, she was generally regarded as pretty :grey_question::grey_question::grey_question::grey_question:

Check out that wildly disproportionate forehead. Or is it a prematurely receding hairline? Some bangs would definitely be in order.

Agreed. I was going to say she isn't that pretty in my opinion...but I prefer brunettes :)

and she really should be fired.

You can tell a lot about a person by how they treat others.

I hope she gets fired too. But, at least, she probably won't be pulling a Naomi Campbell on the working folk anymore.

They've got kind of the same fivehead...
