Need 50 grams protein and around 25 grams of carbs, around 10 grams of fat. Egg Whites and Oatmeal is getting old...lol

2 scoops of whey, medium banana, 1.5 tablespoon nut butter, almond milk. Blend.0

Turn your oats and egg whites in to a pancake. Decrease egg whites and add protein powder, blend it all together and cook. Spread with nut butter.0

Chicken sausages. Not sure on the carbs, but they're about 16 - 19g of protein per sausage.0

I love plain Greek yogurt with flavoured protein powder, topped with some form of cereal.
For example, 200g Greek yogurt + 1 scoop Kaizen vanilla whey + 30g Kashi Go Lean comes to 353 cal, 50 protein, 26 carbs, 5g fat. I have this as a snack a lot, though the only macro I really track is protein. Mmm protein.0 -
