Add me as a friend! I'm on a long journey of losing 50 pound and so far so good, after just one week of eating right and going to the gym 2 hours everyday, I lost 4 pounds! And I'm feeling pretty good about my self. I just want some advice on how or what to do when I exercise. Thanks!
